You and your architect need to understand what each place is going to be used for, and who is going to use it. If you only have planning application drawings, we can develop detailed plans, and 3D visuals for all our schemes and the description of the space is usually the first step.
DETAILED QUOTE
We will provide you with a very detailed estimate; noting each area of work independently enables you to see precisely what is being included and gives you the ability to make any corrections to it before we proceed any further.
Approval & preparation
After the detailed design is finalised by your architect or by us, all details of the design are to be signed by you, making sure everyone knows what is to be done and when. Careful preparation is vital, and we continuously ensure that the work required to prepare each area for the renovation job is carried out before we start on site.
FORMAL CONTRACT
Once you are happy to start, we can draw up a contract based on the agreed estimate. The agreement will confirm exactly where and what work needs to be done and will confirm the payment terms.
SCHEDULING
We program a time to start your project. A detailed schedule of work will be developed, acting as a contractual timeframe!
WORK IN PROGRESS
During the different work stages, we will keep you notified of any problems that happen so that they can be resolved immediately. If you decide that you want to modify certain features of the project while it is in progress, we will always try to support this, depending on the specific circumstances and costs involved.
WORK COMPLETION
Work is finished when you are completely satisfied, the worksite is emptied and cleaned so that you can start to use your new place, and we receive our final instalment.

A standard two bedroom property will usually cost around £40k for mid spec finish. Using cheaper kitchens and bathrooms and other materials can bring this down as far as £30k and high spec finishes can be upwards of £100k.
